Riya, CELED Studio’s consultation host
CELED Studio is a design and production studio in Rome. Riya welcomes its clients, explains the studio’s services, shows its four service presentations when the conversation calls for it, and tells interested visitors how to reach the team by phone, WhatsApp or email. Full conversations are for clients with a password; anyone can watch a short demo of her at work.

What exactly is a 3D AI host?
A talking 3D character on your website or on a screen in your space. Visitors speak or type, and she answers out loud, with lip sync, expressions and gestures, then guides them to the next step.
How is a 3D AI avatar different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is a text box in the corner. A host is a face and a voice: she greets visitors out loud, looks at them while she talks, shows your offers on screen beside her and guides them to the next step. Visitors can still type if they prefer.
How is it different from a video avatar?
Video avatars are rendered on the provider’s servers and are usually billed per minute of conversation. A Lobbyface host is drawn in 3D by the visitor’s own device, so you pay a fixed monthly fee instead of per minute. For flagship screens we also stream cinematic Unreal Engine characters.
Where do her answers come from?
From your own information: your website, price lists, policies and documents you give us. We write her personality and the rules she follows with you.
What happens when she doesn’t know something?
She says so, and offers a person: a booking link, a call, WhatsApp or email. She never invents prices or promises.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. She runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, with no app to install. For screens in your space we set up a full-screen kiosk mode.
Which languages does she speak?
English today. Ask us if you need another language.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
A Starter host is live in about two weeks; a custom character takes four to six. Every package has a one-time setup and a monthly fee that covers hosting, AI and voice usage, updates and support. We quote after a short call.
Can I use only your lip sync, for my own avatar?
Yes. The lip sync network behind our hosts is also sold on its own, as an API for developers building their own characters: send what is said, get ARKit mouth curves fitted to your model.
About the Lip sync APIWhat about privacy?
Visitors are told they are talking to an AI. Conversations are processed only to answer and to report to you, under a data processing agreement.
